Your order will be delivered within 1-6 weeks. Please note weather conditions, weekends, and holidays may delay shipping. If you do not receive your order during this timeframe, please contact us asap so we can look into it and assist you.
1. When will my order ship after it has been placed?
Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
2. My package shows delivered but I don't see it?
- Check to see if you have a notice showing an attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location, it could be around the back of your house, on the side of your house
- If you live in an apartment building, it may have been delivered in the apartment office or front desk.
- Contact the shipping company, there could be a delay in shipping.
If your package cannot be located at the shipping company, please let us know so we can assist to find our what the issue may be. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.
